After selecting your stand with the help of one of our agents, the planning can finally begin! Sizes of the houses vary from 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom houses to 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms – a size to suit every resident’s individual needs.
Building plans to suit your preferences and needs
There are many ways in which you can customise your home according to your preferences. For example, you can choose whether to add a single or double garage, or perhaps a carport. Should it suit your fancy, you can add extra storage or even enlarge your patio. These are but some of the many customisations available when building our retirement home.

Green building, grey water and solar systems
All of our houses are built especially with green building benefits in mind. Perhaps the most important benefit is that the houses all front North, to ensure you get the best of the Limpopo climate and have lovely weather year round. Each house comes equipped with a 10 000 liter water tank to collect rainwater. A grey water system is also installed to circulate all your grey water into your garden and in turn save plenty of water! We make use of LED lights and a standard solar system to conserve power.
Pets and wildlife
The one burning question our visitors always ask, is “Are pets allowed on the retirement village?”
The answer is: Yes! The Retirement Village is the only part of the greater estate that is animal friendly. That is, when considering pets! Our estate boasts beautiful wildlife, which you’ll often come across when driving around the estate. From its bountiful birdlife of many different species, to the 13 different species of antelope, Euphoria really is a perfect little slice of bushveld heaven.
