Controlled access and exclusive facilities
The Euphoria Retirement Village is a security estate within the already secure estate. It gets its own access control and a secondary security fence that will also keep the game out of the village gardens. This allows for heightened security and privacy for our Retirement Village Residents and their guests. We are currently busy building the access control entrance.
Retirement Village Clubhouse
An exclusive clubhouse is provided for the use of retirement village residents with a convenience store, coffee shop, gym, swimming pool, consulting rooms for the healthcare workers, a carwash, a laundromat, and entertainment facilities. Residents also have access to the rest of the facilities of the estate.
A community entertainment hall and dining room with a kitchen and group function facilities will be provided later as part of the development.

Healthcare Facilities
For residents with healthcare needs, we are building frail care and mid-care accommodation where comprehensive services will be rendered. Preventative healthcare and emergency response is included in the levies and home-based care will be available when needed.
