Stands in the retirement village are divided into two groups of approximately 400 square meters and approximately 700 square meters respectively. There are a few outlier-stands that are up to 1400 square meters.
Nearly all the plots are laid out in such a way that you only have 2 neighbors on each side – the street is on the 3rd and the 4th is a green strip where trees and orchards can be planted, or that can remain pristine bushveld.
