At Euphoria you buy a stand and a building package. The build package entails that you decide on a floor plan that suits your needs and budget, with extras and finishes according to your choice. We then build the house for you in the style that you select. It is a hassle-free process and we handle all the administration so that you can just take possession of the house.
Our houses are designed to make the best of the climate in the area. All the bedrooms and the living room face North, as well as the patio with its built-in braai. All the houses have 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and dining area, enough built-in cupboards, and a kitchen yard. Bedrooms vary from 2 to 4 (or a study if you prefer that).
The garages are separate from the houses with maximum flexibility. This allows you to choose either a single or double garage or a combination of garages and carports or even only a carport if your budget has to be brought into consideration. There’s also the option of extra storage space and working areas.
The plans fit on all the stands, but only types A and B are allowed to be built on the smallest stands (400 sqm). Type C houses are allowed on both the smaller and bigger stands while types D-F are only allowed to be built on the bigger stands (700 sqm+).
Every house gets a solar geyser, a tank to store rainwater, a greywater system to divert used washing water to the garden, LED-type lights to save energy, and a gas hob.
For houses on the golf estate, we recommend a custom design by our architect that will meet all your needs but our plans will work very well on those stands too.
